Proposal to increase the voting period from 3 days to 5 days.
This was a parameter we previously changed (down to 3 days) to accelerate the rate at which we could get out our 1.x upgrade, however, now there is no pressing need for a shorter voting window.
This parameter change was proposed off-chain on our commonwealth forum for discussion prior to the on-chain vote, in line with our Governance Framework's policy on Major Network Changes.
